Nexsen Pruet Opens Myrtle Beach Office

The law firm of Nexsen Pruet Jacobs & Pollard, LLP has opened a new office in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Partner-in-charge of the Myrtle Beach office is Brian F. Kernaghan, former President and General Counsel for the Wild Dunes Association, developer and operator of the famed Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms, South Carolina. Mr. Kernaghan holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Laws degree in taxation from New York University, and his practice is concentrated in general business law, with a major emphasis on complex real estate transactions, development and operations, including resort and public and private golf operations, as well as planned unit developments, condominiums, timeshare and multiple ownership structure, and property owners' associations.
