Nikole Setzler Mergo Joins Nexsen Pruet's Columbia office

Columbia, SC - The law firm of Nexsen Pruet Jacobs & Pollard, LLP is pleased to announce that Nikole Setzler Mergo has joined the firm as an associate in the Columbia office practicing in complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property, unfair business practices, insurance coverage questions, professional malpractice defense, and the defense of governmental entities. A native of West Columbia, South Carolina, Ms. Mergo received her B.A. in English with distinction from the University of Virginia in 1996. In 1999, she received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was a Semi-Finalist in the Lile Moot Court Competition and Senior Editorial Board Member of the Virginia Journal of International Law. Ms. Mergo is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, and the Richland County Bar Association.
