Patrick Sarsfield

Patrick Sarsfield is an attorney in the firm's Charlotte office practicing in the areas of complex civil litigation, commercial and real property disputes, creditor's rights, labor and employment, personal injury, insurance litigation, construction claims and all other aspects of civil litigation including appellate and administrative matters.

Patrick attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received a B.A. in Political Science in 1989 and a Juris Doctorate in 1993. While in law school, he was a member of the Holderness Moot Court Team.

Represents landlords in landlord-tenant disputes and lease issues.

Represents lenders and title insurance companies in real estate disputes.

Advises a regional realtor association on litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.

Serves as legal counsel for a local non-profit.

Represents financial institution in dispute over claims to custodial account.

Represents real estate investor in breach of contract and fraud claims pending in bankruptcy court.
